Day 1 (Saturday – March 30th): Moncton to Meriden, CT
Morning 6:30AM – Meet in the Moncton Coliseum parking lot. The bus will leave at 7:00 sharp.
Afternoon We will be travelling through New Brunswick, Maine, NH with a quick stop at the New Hampshire liquor store & rest-stops and lunch along the way. Your tour director will make the time pass with games and entertainment.
Evening Arrive at your host hotel in Meriden, CT. There are restaurants and shops nearby if you would like to do some exploring.
Day 2 (Sunday – March 31st): Meriden, CT to Harrisonburg, VA
Afternoon We will be travelling through Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania & Virginia with rest-stops and lunch along the way. Enjoy the scenery as we travel.
Evening Arrive at your host hotel in Harrisonburg, VA. This hotel has a brand new indoor pool & hot tub.
Day 3 (Monday – April 1st): Harrisonburg, VA to Nashville, TN
Afternoon We will be travelling through Virginia and along the beautiful Jefferson and Cherokee National Forests. We will have rest-stops along the way and arrive at our host hotel in we will be heading to our destination, beautiful Nashville, TN hailed by Travel & Leisure magazine as one of the "friendliest cities in the United States" and known affectionately as "Music City USA". Evening After freshening up at the hotel, you will have a free night to do anything you would like & visit Broadway on your own.
Day 4 (Tuesday – April 2nd): Local Touring
Morning We will have a very special experience with a backstage guided tour of the Grand Ole Opry Backstage Tour (10:00am).
Afternoon For Lunch you will be on your own with plenty of choice in the Opry Mills mall. The bus will leave the Opry at 1:00pm we will have an amazing full-guided tour or Nashville, TN.
Evening We will be going to see the show that made country music famous, The Grand
Ole Opry. An American Icon and Nashville's number one attraction is known for creating one-of-a-kind entertainment experiences for audiences of all ages. It's where unforgettable moments happen every week... For over 89 years, the country's best has mesmerized audiences at this unforgettable evening performance. Sit back and enjoy the live show, you never know who may show up on stage!
Day 5 (Wednesday – April 3rd): Local Touring
Morning This morning we will be visiting Fontanel Mansion (9am), one of the most beautiful log homes in the world ,while touring this log masterpiece, you will be entertained by personal stories of the Mandrel family along with other incredible stories of other artists that only music insiders have heard. Then we will visit the George Jones Museum (11:00am)
Afternoon We will then head toward The Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum (2pm) to learn where "Music City" got its nickname. As the world’s largest music museum, the Country Music Hall of Fame gives country music fans the ultimate experience.
Evening For those who want to stay downtown will be able explore restaurants and bars such as Legends Corner, The Stage, Tootsies and Cadillac Ranch, where admission is always free. There are also lots of unique shops to check out along this popular street. Or you will have the option to stay at the mall and shop at the Opry Mills mall. The bus will do pick up at both locations at night.
Day 6 (Thursday – April 4th): Local Touring
Morning This morning we will be leaving at 9:30am and after we will head for lunch at The Loretta Lynn Kitchen. (11:30am)
Afternoon After lunch at Loretta Lynn’s kitchen, we will visit the famous Loretta Lynn Ranch (1pm).
Evening Tonight we will go see the OPRY COUNTRY CLASSIC (7pm) at the Ryman Auditorium.
Day 7 (Friday – April 5th): Local Touring
Morning This morning we will be leaving at 8:00am toward the Studio B. Then the George Jones Cemetery. And then we will stop at the Blue Bird Café for a quick stop.
Afternoon After the tour, we will board the famous General Jackson showboat*Option Add $75 per person for an awesome cruise and Lunch/theatre show.
Evening Tonight, you will be on your own to do anything you always wanted to do in Nashville or simply relax at the hotel.
Day 8 (Saturday- April 6th): Nashville, TN to Harrisonburg, VA
Afternoon Enjoy breakfast and meet with your tour director to check out of our hotel. Today we will be travelling to Harrisonburg, VA. With rest-stops and lunch along the way. Enjoy the scenery as we travel.
Evening Arrive at your host hotel in Harrisonburg, VA. Tonight we will relax at the hotel. They also have a brand new indoor pool & hot tub.
Day 9 (Sunday – April 7th): Harrisonburg, VA to Meriden, CT
Afternoon Enjoy breakfast and meet with your Tour Director to check out of our hotel. Today we will be travelling to Meriden, CT. We will pass through Virginia, Pennsylvania.
Evening Arrive at your host hotel in Meriden, CT.
Day 10 (Monday – April 8th): Meriden. CT to Moncton, NB
Morning Enjoy breakfast and check out of your hotel. Meet with your tour director and get ready for the final journey home.
Afternoon We will be stopping for lunch and to stretch your legs. We will be passing through Maine & stop at the duty free shop.
Evening Arrive home and say goodbye to your driver and tour director. You will leave us with unforgettable memories of your Nashville Country Dream Tour 2019.
Things to remember J
1. Don’t Forget your medication if you need any.
2. Evenings may be cold, bring a sweater or jacket and be prepared for rainy days.
3. Tour Guide and driver will help with the baggage handling at hotels.
4. Each person is allowed one suitcase to be tagged and one carry on case.
5. Any untagged baggage will be left on motor coach
6. Come to the coach as soon as you are ready, we will depart earlier if everyone is on board
7. Don’t be the one that is always last on the coach.
8. Seats are assigned for the whole trip, No exceptions unless passengers are switching between themselves.
9. Smoking is not allowed on the motor coach.
10. Morning and afternoon breaks are 15 minutes; lunch & dinner are 1 hour.
11. Motor coach has a lavatory for emergencies only, stop for breaks are every 2 hours.
12. Due to allergies, it is recommended not to use perfume or cologne.
13. Make sure you have proper Travel Medical Insurance for traveling outside Canada.
14. Are you celebrating a birthday or anniversary, let the tour director know.
15. Industry average for gratuities is $3 to $6 per day for each the bus driver and the tour guide. ($30 to $60 per person)*Optional
