Please note that credit card payments for Dream Vacation Tours are collected by TREKKSOFT AG, Hauptstrasse 15, 3800 Matten, Switzerland (“TREKKSOFT”). Therefore, TREKKSOFT will appear as DREAM VACATION TOURS on your credit card statement for the payment of this booking. The domain where you enter and process your payment is owned and operated by TREKKSOFT.

Cancelation / Final Payment

We have a $200 cancelation policy on all cancelation. If for any reason the tour is cancelled due to Dream Vacation tour, a full refund of any money paid will be reimburse to the customer. Full balance is due 60 days prior to departure or 120 days for cruise package. Once the full payment is made, it's non-refundable within 90 days for a cruise package and 60 days for a bus tour with no cruise.
