Today, we’ll journey through Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Québec, arriving at the stunning Fairmont Le Château Frontenac in Old Québec around 4:00 pm. After settling into your room, you’ll have the evening free to explore Old Québec, enjoy dinner at one of the many charming local restaurants, and take in the sights at your leisure! Wander through the unique shops, marvel at the stunning architecture, or unwind and relax at hotel—the choice is yours to make! You’ll have plenty of time to stroll through the German Christmas Market (open from 11am to 9pm), where you can shop for one-of-a-kind gifts and enjoy the festive atmosphere.

DAY 2: SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 27 – QUÉBEC CITY
BREAKFAST ON YOUR OWN
After breakfast (on your own), meet up with your Tour Director. This morning, you’ll have the option to join us on a Guided Tour of Québec City (with a special stop at Cidrerie Verger Bilodeau, famous for its award-winning apple ciders) and its surrounding area with a local Step-On-Guide.

Our guided tour will finish at the Grand Christmas Market at the Grand Marché de Québec. This vibrant indoor market brings together over 250 local food producers, artists, and artisans, offering everything from fresh local products to handcrafted goods and unique Québec-made gifts. For those of you who do not want to visit Le Grand Marché, don’t worry, you will also have the option to return to the Château Frontenac after our guided tour to spend your afternoon in Old Québec if you wish. The German Christmas Market is open from 11am to 9pm.

This evening, we’ll experience the magic of Onhwa’ Lumina, an enchanting nighttime journey set in the forest. Follow a beautifully illuminated 1.2 km trail as lights, sound, and storytelling come together to celebrate the culture and traditions of the Huron-Wendat Nation. In the winter months, the experience becomes even more special, with the glowing pathway set against a snowy landscape, creating a peaceful and magical atmosphere under the night sky. It’s a truly unique and memorable way to end the day.

DAY 3: SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 28 – QUÉBEC CITY
BREAKFAST ON YOUR OWN
Make sure you have a good breakfast (on your own), as today is all about exploring the beauty of Old Québec! You’ll have plenty of time to stroll through the German Christmas Market (open from 11am to 6pm), where you can shop for one-of-a-kind gifts and enjoy the festive atmosphere.

For those who love shopping, there’s also the option to visit Place Laurier and Place Ste-Foy, with drop-off and pick-up included.

Be sure to visit the picturesque Petit-Champlain district, one of the oldest and most beautiful areas in North America, known for its quaint shops, local artisans, and inviting atmosphere. You can access the lower town by taking the funicular, which offers a quick and scenic ride between Upper and Lower Old Québec. The funicular costs approximately $6 per person each way (cash only, prices subject to change).

This evening, you’ll have the option to unwind at Strøm Spa Nordique in Old Québec from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm (additional cost – limited availability). We will provide transportation to and from the spa for your convenience. Set along the waterfront near Old Québec, Strøm Spa offers a peaceful Nordic wellness experience inspired by Scandinavian traditions, featuring thermal and Nordic baths, dry sauna, steam bath, flotation bath, cozy fireplace lounges, and multiple relaxation areas. Lockers and bathrobes are included for your comfort, and an on-site restaurant is available for those who wish to enjoy a meal or beverage during their visit. After your relaxing spa experience, we’ll return to the Château Frontenac for a restful night.

If the spa isn’t for you, you’ll have the evening free to treat yourself to dinner at one of the many charming restaurants in Old Quebec and then enjoy the rest of your night at your leisure. You’ll have plenty of time to stroll through the German Christmas Market (open from 11am to 6pm), where you can shop for one-of-a-kind gifts and enjoy the festive atmosphere. Alternatively, unwind and relax at the Château Frontenac—the choice is yours to make! Wander through the cobblestone streets, shop for unique gifts at local boutiques, or enjoy a cozy dinner at one of the city’s charming cafés or bistros. There’s no shortage of delightful places to discover in this historic and festive part of the city!

DAY 4: MONDAY, NOVEMBER 29 – QUÉBEC CITY TO NB & NS
FAREWELL BREAKFAST AT THE CHATEAU
Enjoy a delicious Farewell Breakfast Buffet at the Château Frontenac (included) before meeting up with your Tour Director. Then, head home feeling relaxed, with wonderful memories and new friendships made during your Christmas at the Château Frontenac Luxury Dream Tour!
