Today, we will be travelling through New Brunswick and Maine with breaks and lunch along the way. Your Tour Director will make the time pass with games and movies on the motor coach!

This afternoon, we will stop at Marden’s in Waterville Maine for a couple hours of shopping for your quilting needs!!

Then we will continue on and check-in to our host hotel in Auburn MA.

DAY 2:  SUNDAY, APRIL 23 – AUBURN MA TO LANCASTER AREA - 1 NIGHT
This morning after a nice hot breakfast, we will board the motor coach and start making our way to Pennsylvania.  Your Tour Director will keep you occupied with games and movies along the way.  Tonight, we will have a group dinner (included).

DAY 3:  MONDAY, APRIL 24 – LANCASTER AREA TO CAMBRIDGE OH - 1 NIGHT
This morning after a nice hot breakfast, you will have the opportunity to shop in the local area until 1:00pm.  Then we will board the motor coach and make our way to hotel for the evening to our hotel in Cambridge Ohio.

Your Tour Director will make the time pass with games and movies on the motor coach!

DAY 4: TUESDAY, APRIL 25 – CAMBRIDGE OH TO PADUCAH KY - 3 NIGHTS
This morning, after a nice hot breakfast, we will make our way to Paducah Kentucky… home of the AQS Quilt Show!  Your Tour Director will make the time go by with games, movies, etc… and Susan and Darline will keep you busy with a quilt related mini-project as well.  Sit back and relax, enjoy the scenery and company!
We will stop for lunch and breaks along the way.  Before arriving at our hotel, we will stop at Wal-Mart for any supplies (drinks, munchies, etc…) you might want then we will check into the hotel which will be our home for the next three (3) nights.  Tonight, after dinner, you will be invited to come on a “Guided Tour of Paducah” with a local Step-On-Guide.
DAY 5:  WEDNESDAY, APRIL 26 – QUILT SHOW - PADUCAH KY - LOCAL
Today is the day!!!!  You will be able to spend the whole day at the AQS Quilt Show.
We will have drop offs and pick-ups throughout the day if required.  Admission Fee included for two (2) days.

Online registration for classes begins January 17, 2023 at 11:00 am (AST).  After online registration has ended, classes may be purchased at the show.

This afternoon, you will have the option to stay at the AQS Show or spend some time at Hancock’s of Paducah (open until 5pm) OR you can choose to stay at the AQS Show and we will pick you up at the end of the day when the show is finished.

You may also choose to stroll down the street to shop at different stores that might interest you.

This evening you will be on your own to relax at the hotel or take the opportunity to work on some quilting projects.  You will also have the option to visit the casino in Metropolis Illinois.

DAY 6:  THURSDAY, APRIL 27 – QUILT SHOW – PADUCAH KY - LOCAL
Today, after a nice hot breakfast, you will be able to spend the whole day at the AQS Quilt Show again.  We will have drop offs and pick-ups throughout the day if required.

You may also choose to stroll down the street to shop!

After dinner, you will have the option of going shopping at the local mall, we will return to the hotel and you will have the rest of your evening to relax or work on some quilting projects or chat with your friends and new friends about quilting and whatever else you choose!

DAY 7:  FRIDAY, APRIL 28 – PADUCAH KY TO HAMILTON MO - 2 NIGHTS
This morning after a nice hot breakfast, we will travel to Hamilton Missouri.  The Home of Missouri Star Quilt Company!

Your Tour Director will make the time go by with games, movies, etc… and Susan and Darline will keep you busy with a quilt related mini-project as well.

We will be staying at Hotel Hamilton Quilt Retreat for two (2) nights.  Since this is really a “quilting retreat” type of hotel, rooms sleep five (5) persons per room.  All beds are single beds, therefore everyone will have their
own bed.

We will have dinner catered in so that you can maximize your time! Compliments of Dream Vacation Tours!  Then, directly at the retreat, we will be attending a “Quilting Event” hosted by Courtenay Hughes from Missouri Star Quilt Company.

We will also have a session on how to be an “Efficient Shopper” in Hamilton. J
After the event, we will have a “PYJAMA PARTY” in the sewing room and anyone who comes in their PJ’s will have their name entered to win a prize!  This is totally optional for those who would like to participate! J

DAY 8:  SATURDAY, APRIL 29 – HAMILTON MO - LOCAL
This morning after a nice hot breakfast, we will head to the quilt shops in Hamilton which open at 9:00am and we will be ready!  You will have all morning to shop and buy whatever catches your eye for your next project!

We will have lunch at MSQC and then you will attend the “Edie McGinnis Trunk Show”. (included)

This afternoon you can hit the shops again!

Once we get back to the retreat later this afternoon, we will have dinner catered in for you.  This evening, you will be invited to join in on a “Quilting Session” or you can choose to relax in your room or sew to your heart’s content in the sewing room.  A full day’s agenda will be provided for this day during the trip… you will not want to miss the quilting adventures of this day! J  All kits will be provided free of charge!

DAY 9:  SUNDAY, APRIL 30 – HAMILTON MO TO MEMPHIS TN -1 NIGHT
After a nice hot breakfast buffet, we will head to Memphis TN. After a nice lunch, we will travel to Memphis where tonight, we will stay at the famous “GUEST HOUSE at Graceland”.  This evening, you can also enjoy (for FREE) “Make your own Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich” at the Guest House. (Elvis’ favourite)

DAY 10:  MONDAY, MAY 1 – MEMPHIS TN TO NASHVILLE TN - 2 NIGHTS
After a nice hotel breakfast buffet, we will visit GRACELAND & THE COMPLEX where you will be able to visit not only the house, but also most of the exhibit and the airplanes. (optional – added cost)

After lunch along the way, we will then visit the Loretta Lynn Ranch in Hurricane Mills Tennessee. (included)

Later this afternoon, we will check-in to the hotel and then get ready for the evening.

This evening, for those who want to visit downtown, you will be able explore restaurants and bars such as Legends’ Corner, The Stage, Tootsies and Cadillac Ranch, where admission is always free.  There are also lots of unique shops to check out along this popular street OR you will have the option to go to the mall and shop at the Opry Mills Mall. The bus will do a pick-up at both locations tonight.  You can also choose to stay at the hotel and relax.

DAY 11:  TUESDAY, MAY 2 – NASHVILLE TN - LOCAL
6:00AM – BREAKFAST STARTS
7:45AM – LOAD BUS
8:00AM – LEAVE HOTEL
This morning we will make our way to visit RCA Studio B (optional-added cost).  After, we will head to visit the Country Music Hall of Fame (optional-added cost) OR you will have the option to go shopping at the Opry Mills Mall in Nashville, where the bus will drop you off and pick you up OR you can choose to spend the day on Broadway to visit places like the Ryman Auditorium.

This afternoon, you will have the option to do a “Backstage Tour of the Grand Ole Opry” (optional - added cost) OR shop at the Opry Mills Mall.   Then we will return to the hotel to relax and freshen up a bit.
After supper, you will have the option to relax at the hotel, explore Broadway (World Famous Honky Tonks) or attend the “Grand Ole Opry Show” (optional - added cost).

DAY 12:  WEDNESDAY, MAY 3 – NASHVILLE TN TO WINCHESTER VA - 1 NIGHT
Enjoy a complimentary hot breakfast and meet with your Tour Director to check out of our hotel. Today we will be travelling to Winchester VA with breaks and lunch along the way.  Enjoy the scenery as we travel.

This evening, we will arrive at our host hotel in Winchester VA.  Tonight, we will relax at the hotel.

DAY 13:  THURSDAY, MAY 4 – WINCHESTER VA TO NATICK MA - 1 NIGHT
Today after a hot breakfast, we will continue our journey towards home, but we will be staying overnight in Natick MA.  There will be surprises, games and movies along the way!

Tonight, we will check in at the hotel and you can have a nice relaxing dinner at the hotel restaurant or order in if you prefer.  The evening is yours to enjoy and relax before our final journey home tomorrow.

DAY 14:  FRIDAY, MAY 5 – NATICK MA TO NEW BRUNSWICK
This morning after a nice hot breakfast, we will begin our journey home and we will travel through Massachusetts, Maine and New Brunswick.  We will stop along the way for breaks and lunch and also stop at the Duty-Free Store before crossing back into Canada.  Your Tour Director will play games, movies along the way to pass the time.

Tonight we will arrive back home where you will say your good-byes to your Tour Director and Bus Driver and leave with plenty of new friendships made, great purchases and wonderful memories of the Quilter’s Bucket List Dream Tour (Paducah, Hamilton, Lancaster, Nashville & Memphis).
