DAY 1: THURSDAY, MAY 7 – NS & NB TO QUEBEC

Welcome aboard! Today kicks off our exciting journey to Ottawa & Quebec City! We’ll be traveling through Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Quebec, making several stops for breaks and lunch along the way. Tonight, we’ll rest in Quebec, and tomorrow we’ll continue our journey, arriving in beautiful Ottawa!

DAY 2: FRIDAY, MAY 8 – QUEBEC TO OTTAWA
After enjoying a complimentary hot breakfast, we’ll head off to Ottawa. Once we arrive, we’ll enjoy lunch before embarking on a Guided Tour of Ottawa with a local step-on guide. We’ll dive deep into the heart of Canada’s capital, getting the inside scoop on the city’s history, landmarks, and hidden gems!

After our tour, we’ll check into the luxurious Fairmont Château Laurier, a stunning hotel just steps away from Ottawa’s best attractions, including Parliament Hill, Rideau Canal, and an array of fabulous shops and eateries. You’ll have the evening free to explore the city or join in the vibrant opening night festivities of the Ottawa Tulip Festival. The festival is a spectacular celebration of spring, with thousands of tulips in full bloom, stunning displays, and cultural events. Trust us, you won’t want to miss it! Whether you’re wandering the lively streets or soaking in the festival atmosphere, Ottawa is the perfect place to kick off your spring getaway!

DAY 3: SATURDAY, MAY 9 – OTTAWA

Today is all yours to explore Ottawa and dive into the festivities of the famous Tulip Festival! There’s so much to see and do, from stunning flower displays to lively cultural performances. Plus, don’t miss out on the Tulip Festival’s hop-on, hop-off shuttle – it’s your all-access pass to festival activities! You can easily hop between the best tulip gardens, music events, food trucks, and art installations, making it the ultimate way to experience the festival at your own pace.

Staying at the luxurious Château Laurier means you’re right in the heart of the action. Step outside and you’re surrounded by some of Ottawa’s top attractions, like Parliament Hill, where you can watch the Changing of the Guard or explore the beautiful grounds. DAY 4: SUNDAY, MAY 10 – OTTAWA

Today is a free day to truly soak in all that Ottawa has to offer during the spectacular Tulip Festival! With so many exciting activities, you’ll want to take full advantage of the festival’s hop-on, hop-off shuttle. This convenient shuttle gives you unlimited access to the best festival spots, allowing you to explore the vibrant tulip gardens, local food vendors, and entertainment at your own pace. Whether you’re enjoying a live performance or admiring the breathtaking floral displays, the shuttle makes it easy to experience everything the festival has to offer.

The Château Laurier’s central location puts you right next to an endless array of things to do! Step outside the hotel and you’re just a stone’s throw from beautiful landmarks like the Rideau Canal, a UNESCO World Heritage site, or the stunning National Gallery of Canada. DAY 5: MONDAY, MAY 11 – OTTAWA TO QUEBEC CITY

Today, we bid farewell to Canada’s vibrant capital and head towards the charming Quebec City. Our journey kicks off with a stop in Montreal, where we’ll explore the stunning Botanical Gardens – a true hidden gem with lush landscapes, beautiful themed gardens, and thousands of plant species. After a leisurely stroll through these breathtaking gardens, we’ll enjoy a delightful lunch before continuing our journey.

Next, we arrive in the picturesque Old Quebec, where we’ll check in to the iconic Fairmont Château Frontenac, a grand castle-like hotel that’s a true architectural marvel, overlooking the beautiful St. Lawrence River. With its luxurious rooms and stunning views, it’s the perfect base for exploring this historic city.

This evening, join us for a Guided Walking Tour of Old Quebec (with a local guide), where we’ll wander through cobblestone streets, past centuries-old buildings, and explore the charming heart of this UNESCO World Heritage site. If you prefer, feel free to explore on your own – there’s plenty to see, from the beautiful Terrasse Dufferin with panoramic views to the quaint shops, cafés, and hidden courtyards throughout the area.

DAY 6: TUESDAY, MAY 12 – QUEBEC CITY
BREAKFAST ON YOUR OWN
This morning we'll embark on a very special Guided Tour of Quebec City and its surrounding areas, led by a knowledgeable local Step-On-Guide.

Tonight, from 5pm to 9pm, you have the option (additional cost $65) to relax at the Siberia Spa. Immerse yourself in the Scandinavian tradition of outdoor relaxation, enjoying hot tub pools, a Finnish sauna, infrared sauna, steam bath, cold baths with thermal falls, and various relaxation areas. DAY 7: WEDNESDAY, MAY 13 – QUEBEC CITY TO NB & NS

Indulge in an INCREDIBLE Farewell Breakfast Buffet at the Château Frontenac (included) as you bid adieu to this unforgettable adventure. After breakfast, we begin the final leg of our journey home to New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. With scheduled breaks and stops for lunch and dinner along the way, we’ll make our way back home.
