Today, we begin our journey as we travel through the provinces of Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Quebec, heading towards our luxurious destination. We’ll arrive at the stunning Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu around supper time, where you’ll be greeted by breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence River and the surrounding mountains.

After checking in, take some time to unwind and explore the resort’s exquisite grounds. For those feeling lucky, the Casino de Charlevoix is located right on the manor’s property—test your luck at the slots or try your hand at the tables! Whether you choose to relax or explore, your first evening here promises to be a memorable start to this unforgettable luxury escape.

DAY 2: FRIDAY, MAY 22 – LOCAL TOURING
BREAKFAST ON YOUR OWN
Today, we venture to the charming town of Baie-Saint-Paul, known for its vibrant arts scene and stunning surroundings. This morning, we’ll visit Laiterie Charlevoix, a local dairy farm that has been producing world-renowned cheeses for over 70 years. For more than 40 years, their Baie-Saint-Paul boutique has been a must-stop for cheese lovers exploring Charlevoix. It serves as the central hub for the region’s producers, where you can stock up on artisanal cheeses, fresh bread, fine charcuterie, and local spirits.

But Laiterie Charlevoix is more than just a cheese shop — it’s also a delicatessen, a museum (self-guided), and a cheese interpretation center. Here, you’ll discover the rich history of dairy and cheese-making in the region while indulging in some of its most delicious flavors.

Afterward, you’ll have free time to explore the town, where you can stroll through charming galleries, local shops, and cafés. For lunch, enjoy the local cuisine and savor the flavors of the region, surrounded by the picturesque beauty of Baie-Saint-Paul.

After lunch, enjoy a guided tour of Hydromel Charlevoix, where bees, honey, and craftsmanship come together. You’ll discover the secrets of their winemaking and distillation process while learning more about the essential role of bees in creating their unique flavors. As our Luxury Charlevoix Dream Tour comes to a close, we begin our journey back to New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. Along the way, we’ll make stops for breaks and lunch to stretch your legs.

This evening, you’ll arrive home, saying goodbye to your Tour Director and Driver.
